Director/Business Unit Head - Sales - FinTech

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PAYMENTS

- The role is P&L head for a new Business unit

- Set the long term vision for the business unit ( BU) and align all stakeholders

- Lead quarterly OKR planning for the BU

- Identify potential partnerships with Payment Aggregator, Payment Gateways and Banks to improve customer experience or launch new service

- Manage existing relationships with Banks and Payment aggregators

- Single point of contact for internal teams (tech/product/ops) to reach out to external partners and manage any escalations

- Lead monthly business review meetings with third party partners

- Leverage prior experience to identify new products/services to be launched

- Lead negotiations with existing and new partners

- Single point of contact for the third parties reaching out to the client

Candidate profile :

- 10 - 18 years experience

- Premier MBA preferred

- P&L Management Experience Must

- Payment Experience a must

- Exceptional Communication

- Objective driven

- Stakeholder management
