Director - Business Transformation - Corporate Banking

Job title - Director - Risk and Analytics (Risk Change)

Provides project delivery and transformation capabilities to our banking and capital markets clients. This team supports complex regulatory and business critical change programmes.

Experience :

- 10+ years of experience of managing large change projects / programmes with significant experience in risk management in in corporate banking and global markets

- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of organization planning, resource mobilization and problem solving

- Highly experience in dealing with executive sponsors and senior management cross line of business priorities

- Strong track record of business management / change projects / programme delivery in a global and local structure in corporate banking and global markets

Job Duties -

- Growth of business transformation / change management practice - focus in corporate banking and global markets.

- Identifying and developing opportunities and winning new business

- Provide expertise and capability building in Risk and Analytics - focus on regulatory change and credit risk mandates in global markets and corporate banking

- Interacting with senior client stakeholders, and advising them on all aspects of their Risk and Regulatory compliance programs

- Responsible for overall quality of deliverables, managing and leading client projects - include stakeholders management, recruiting and training appropriate talent

Skills:

Looking for candidates coming from Consulting firms only with experience in Business Transformation and Risk Management for Investment Banking/Corporate Banking clients.
