- Spearheading and managing process reengineering projects and initiatives -with a core focus of enhancing service delivery capability across multiple process domains - Robust understanding of transformation project planning and initiation, value extraction methods, automation and technology solutions, and change management. - Process mapping and documentation - The ability to quickly understand complex processes and create process/data-flow/systems maps - Process oriented with strong analytical skills in problem identification & resolution - Well-versed in knowledge of Six Sigma quality tools & LEAN methodology - Sound understanding of current technologies/ solutions available to improve business processes - Excellent facilitation skills to work with diverse teams in standardizing the processes. Job Requirements:- - 11+ Years of experience in consulting with emphasis on shared services, outsourcing and/ or migrations - Knowledgeable of best practices across multiple process domains including Finance and Accounting (S2P, R2R, O2C, and FP&A) - Knowledgeable of robotic process automation market trends, opportunities and challenges - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent presentation skills
