Director - Business Operations - Digital Marketing Firm (10-15 yrs)

Our Client, a fast growing digital marketing company, based in Gurgaon is currently looking for Director - Business Operations.

As part of the senior management team, the role will report in to the CEO.

Candidates with experience in running business operations of Mid to large sized companies in the Digital Media, Digital Marketing and Ad network domains will be fit in well.

Our client is open to candidates with relevant experience and can handle the operations remotely from other cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad or Pune.

Job Role

Job Role - The role is split into campaign management, strategy, analytics, knowledge/upskilling, and collaboration with team:

- Responsible for overall P/L of the business, which includes management of recruitment, and admin teams reporting into this role

- Manage and lead the entire team, which includes AdOps, Paid media, Account Management, and Sales

- Review daily operations and drive the team to deliver overall business objectives

- Help build a performance oriented culture, and champion best in class employee management standards

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

- Implement new, and efficient ways of working, while developing the team

- Develop and foster strong relationships with media partners and publishers

- Ensure smooth intra team communications and process deliveries.

- Manage campaigns including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, and optimization

- Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, publishers and attend relevant events to help build business and drive awareness for the org.

- Develop systems and processes to streamline operations

- Conduct QBRs (of clients, and teams) and consequently, develop a system for performance analysis and update the leadership

- Stay abreast of competitor/market intelligence to stay ahead of the curve, & offering the best in market solutions to our partners

- Introduce new technologies for efficient operations, and improve overall efficiency of dollars spent

- Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met across all channels and take relevant measures
