Director/Business Head - Investment Management - Real Estate Sector

Position Details:

- A suitable candidate for  Business Head position for investment management team.

- Responsible for structuring Rent Yielding assets, land, asset sale between property owners

- This position is responsible for Profit & Loss of the vertical

- The position will be based in Bangalore and the incumbent will report to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities : 

- Outline growth strategy, manage team, drive marketing, and achieve revenue numbers of the Business Unit.

- Establish / manage relationships with UHNIs and family offices

- Establish/manage relationships with property owners for sourcing relevant opportunities.

- Responsible for driving strategy to promote the investment management portal in the target group - Skilled to nurture and manage a collaborative team.

- Responsible for suitable talent acquisition, training and improving the performance level of the team

Required Skills : 

- 10 years exp in transactions in Wealth Mgmt/ Private Bank/ Family Office/ Investment Sales or similar field.

- MBA / CA / Post Graduate from a reputed institute

- Leadership capabilities; Team Management

- Excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills
