Make a difference by,

- Partnering with business leaders for defining the AOP and delivery goals for the year

- Give insight and inputs to FP&A team for financial planning and forecasting for the business

- Co-own the P&L and KPI's along with Business Teams

- Act as a key decision maker for financial related commitments in business projects.

- Analyzing business performance, progress of key projects and drive business performance through financial insights and advices

- Analyzing the sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses, providing insights and making or overseeing any necessary updates to future projections and budgets.

- Enhance the financial processes for profitability and revenue growth.

- Provide advice to function heads in closing business deals

- Drive process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.

- Oversee Monthly performance reviews with Sales / Segment Heads

- Manage a finance team for the delivery of monthly targets

Requirement :

10-15 years total experience with majority in business finance

Should have the experience of overseeing business finance for majority of the functions

CA (Rank holder)/MBA from tier 1 college
