Job Description:
- Rich experience in end to end business finance, business operations and stakeholder management.
- Good experience working for R&D organizations & Managed large R&D programs
- Managed a $50M and above portfolio
- Prepare and track monthly, quarterly and yearly R&D spending plan which includes Labor, Opex and Capex
- Prepare and present organizations financial plan and performance.
- Closely work with senior leadership and geographical leads to establish and maintain a process for financial operation and planning.
- Keep looking for better tools for improving the planning and tracking of spending.
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel, Macros, VB Scripting, Excellent Analytical skills, Problem solving mind set, detail orientated.
