Director- Business Development & Solutioning - Risk Practice

Key responsibilities to include :

1. Engage with decision makers and buyers of leading companies in India to understand their Risk and Governance related needs and challenges

2. Maintain strong client focus by building strong relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings and providing solution leaders an opportunity to present their value propositions to client

3. Work with the Solution Leaders within the company to develop and pitch compelling value propositions for Clients in the areas of Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance management, Contract and Commercial Assurance, IT governance, Third Party Risk Management, Controls automation and other related risk and governance solutions

4. Engage with global teams to build a strong network based pipeline of opportunities

5. Provide Subject Matter Expertise to Project / Engagement team in the course of engagement delivery subsequent to successful pitch

6. Play a key role in the development of resources through mentoring, training and advising around nuances of the industry

Skills and Attributes :

1. Strong sales and interpersonal skills to build relationships with Client side buyers (usually CFO, Finance Controllers, IA head, Risk & Compliance Head)

2. Good understanding of concepts of Risk and Controls, however, same is not mandatory. A good understanding of processes and operating models at Global In-house centre or captive centres

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Excellent planning and organization skills

5. Flexibility to operate within rapidly changing space in a fast paced work environment

Key Qualifications :

1. 12+ years of experience with more than 8 years in Global In-house centre ( GIC) / Outsourcing / captives/ BPO industry

2. MBA(Sales/Marketing/ finance) / CA

3. Prior experience of selling or engaging with relevant buyers or experience of developing customized solutions in Global In-house centre ( GIC) / Outsourcing space
