Director - Business Development - Management Consulting

Requirements :

- Minimum 10 years of experience

- Proven client acquisition track record

- Knowledge of management consulting, business process consulting, financial advisory aspects is preferred

- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Stakeholder management and ability to build credibility with senior leadership

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Drawing out the marketing strategy for the firm's growth roadmap.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Strategies to improve brand presence & recall.

- Managing social media pages to generate leads from online platforms.

- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content duration, and pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.

- Designing innovative strategies to promote referrals and cross-sells from existing clients.

- Identifying & associating with various business forums & drive qualified traffic to the firm.

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

- Engage with CXO level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them.

- Achieving the revenue/lead targets of the firm.

- Identifying & implementing ways to establish firm branches across multiple locations.

- Identifying opportunities for collaboration & alliances with larger brands, key industry players, etc.

- Designing & implementing innovative campaigns on online platforms to generate leads.

- Analyze client behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
