Director - Business Development - Hedge Fund (15-25 yrs)

Accountable for:

- Creating business development strategies that will build our brand, leading to increased awareness and fundraising among our target audience.

- A ground-breaking leader with strategic, creative and financial acumen as well as a strong business intellect to take organization to the next level.

Key Roles:.

- Creation and Implementation of business development strategies to raise AUM for the organization by reaching out to new clients i.e. HNI, UNHW, Corporates, Institutional investors etc.

- Relationship management for existing clients of the organization and endeavour to increase investments from these existing HNI, UNHW clients.

- Strategizing and executing plans to tap on to international clients, family offices, NRI (In close Liaison with overseas shareholders)

- Strategize growth and maintenance of distribution partner network.

- Implement measurable strategies to drive hard revenue goals, increase domestic and global awareness, web presence, brand building.

- Stakeholders communication strategies to educate and inform current supporters and distribution network of current activities and accomplishments to garner more support over time.

Key Performance Indicators:

- AUM growth (Target based role to achieve organizations strategic objectives)

- Feedback on relationship management from clients.

- Internal client satisfaction

- Tangible increase in brand awareness and market

Reporting to: CEO/COO.

Job Requirements:

Education: Post Graduate degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Experience:

Competencies:

- Understanding of hedge fund operations and financial markets. Markets.

- Good experience in liaising with professional external clients and regulators.

- Excellent comprehension of investment vehicles and the ability to gather and interpret business development strategies from various sources.

- Excellent understanding of regulatory environment.

- Strong Business sense and industry expertise.
