- Hunting new clients and fostering relations with existing clients for Pan India region.
- Driving Sales and Monitoring productivity of Business managers across PAN India
- Direct technique to push financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, due diligence studies, and regulatory constraints on new company endeavors.
- To increase income streams and satisfy market expectations, support demand generation initiatives and new products and services.
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Developing a plan for Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Create business growth plans to make sure they are in line with the broader company goals.
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyzing detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Generation of new database & mining existing database, market research, referrals driving.
- Generate & Maintain strong sales funnel all the time
- Strategic partnership or alliance with Online & offline channel partners & resellers to increase sales
- To manage coordination with all internal support teams to ensure sales & on ground execution
- Must have been exposed to corporate sales and solution selling with a good sales and marketing acumen for the last 12-15 years.
- Market study in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence and market share.
- Closely monitor merchant sales team to on board desired brand and product promotions. Leading internal interaction with stakeholders to find possibilities for portfolio improvement
- Encourage internal stakeholders to work together to establish plans for adjusting current holdings to new business prospects, motivating corporate governance initiatives.
- Mapping Industry/In depth verticals to ensure in depth coverage
Experience : 12-15 Years
Industry Preferred : Fintech/Loyalty Rewards/ New age start - up organization.
