Director - Business Development and Customer Success - US / Europe (2 positions)


- Our client is a leading analytics firm, looking to hire Head of Business Development and Customer Success for Europe and Head of Business Development and Customer Success for US region. Base location can be Chennai or Bangalore.

- The role will be responsible for working closely with the leadership team, meeting clients, making high impact presentations and will include travelling abroad from time to time and following up hot leads to a winning closure.

- The position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of challenging and entrepreneurial environment with a significant responsibility and an exciting career path.

- The role will directly report to the leadership of Business Development and customer success.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 12+ years in client-facing roles, of which 6+ years in direct business development roles, preferably working in analytics/IT services/related consulting services & solutions industries

- Significant experience working in or with the US market and Europe market

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Industry experience / exposure to Retail / Consumer Packaged Goods / Manufacturing / Transportation / Technology / Telecom / Media or any other sector deeply

- Business Consulting Skills

- Superlative relationship-building and management skills

- High levels of  discussion-stamina, to be able to talk to multiple prospects as well as multiple internal stakeholders to make wins happen

- Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and win clients

- Willingness to travel abroad at short notice

- Reasonable familiarity with analytical problem solving

- Proposal writing and Power Point presentation skills

- Should be able to learn and deliver results quickly, including sales and pipeline targets

- MBA from a reputed institute and an Engineering / Sciences Degree

Good to have :

- Experience across lead life cycle and lead management strategies

- Experience in Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, CRM-Sales-Marketing Automation Tools

- Experience in developing and closing major wins
