Director - Business Development - Construction (15-25 yrs)
Looking for a Result oriented, hands on professional with a vast experience in different Projects of large scale & Industrial development in India; operated with diversified domain projects which gave an in-depth understanding of handling various construction and its design works.
- P&L responsibility for business development, marketing, negotiation, finalizing contract, payment collections, project operation, P&L etc.
- P&L responsibility, utilising existing strength of the group in developing business, conducting marketing research, organising & preparing proposals, investigating economic condition & market trends, forging strategic alliances.
- Preparing business action plan keeping the goal & vision of the organisation, evaluation of bids, Tendering, Project Management for ongoing projects, framing strategies for RFQ, RFP, Costing, Contract Negotiation, Finalisation Bid etc.
- Follow up with clients for business needs, Identifying the need, developing business strategy, targeting the sectors and working towards successfully winning the bids and registering the entity with govt departments.
