Position Overview: 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality and real estate development industry. Exposure to and comfortable with hospitality companies business models is required.

- Responsible and accountable for developing new and existing business partnerships For maximizing the business potential in the India market. Develop and execute key account strategies through the creation and implementation of a robust account plan with the clubs in India.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities/Accountabilities : 

- A member of the India Senior Leadership Team.

- Strategize, develop & execute India's 5 years strategic plan for clubs

- Strategize, develop & execute Account Plans for each club in line with the club account management standard for the region

- Build and maintain close relations with all internal departments in order to assure proper execution of the programs and solutions offered to the affiliates

- Develop and implement strategic market plans to increase brand awareness, club propensity and influence in the Pacific region

- Provide account management leadership to team which will result in strong business partnerships, and maximization of business potential from the partnership.

- Achieve sales targets (new enrolments and membership, increase propensity, etc.) for the assigned region

- Regular client interaction and data analytics.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.

- Enrolment Target - Fulfilment as per Strat plan / budgetary requirement. Monitoring the annual and quarterly targets with the account managers and ensuring action plans are in place to achieve them.

- Ensure that there is constant interaction with developers on supply of stock as per annual and quarterly targets.

-  To ensure that adequate and high demand stocks is supplied to the call centre so that they are enabled to meet their revenue targets- monthly, quarterly and annual.

- Monitoring of the performance of revenue realization account wise annually, quarterly and monthly.

-  Understand business challenges for all clients and ensure solutions-based products and/or services are designed to address these, thereby increasing revenue streams from existing customers

- Ensure world class service is provided to all clients in order to deliver a positive member satisfaction experience

- Effectively manage relationships with key clients to ensure any issues are identified, explored and resolved in a timely manner

- Ensure retention of major accounts through effective and consultative business partnering, good commercial negotiation and member service delivery

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : 

- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Sales Management, MBA with Marketing specialization will be preferred with at least 10 years of relevant experience

- The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality and real estate development industry. Exposure to and comfortable with hospitality companies business models is required.

- Familiarity and experience with Pacific region and is able to make decisions after taking various complexities into consideration.
