Job Description - Director Business Analytics

Responsibilities:

- Make the organization more data-enabled, by providing easy access to data to everyone for their review/analysis.

- Create descriptive reports and dashboards to give insights to the business, product, and operations team.

- Continuously mine for surprising movements/insights across business functions and communicate it to relevant stakeholders for action

- Deliver ad-hoc requests for business insights and dashboards

- Work with data sciences team to build predictive models to help forecast business-relevant KPIs

- Maintain security protocols while handling company data

- Lead and grow a team of 6-7 "engineers and business analysts".
