ATL Campaigns to increase customer base in every part of the marketing funnel-Drive Same Store Tickets Growth by execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies. ROI of campaign - optimized media selection and budgets to achieve growth. Cafe System overall targets achievement. 3. Research - Consumer Insights -Understanding of consumer insights to drive positioning, new products and increased customer acquisition in specific segments. Brand Awareness, Consideration, TOM, Attitudes and Barriers. 4. New Product Development 5. Social Media and PR-Overall share of voice of brand, social media engagement and followers. 6. Overall share of voice of brand, social media engagement and followers-Cafe design, customer journey mapping and verbiage, creatives for in-store campaigns. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS : 1.Execution - Should be detail oriented as far as campaign and marketing execution goes. 2. Design Sense + Understanding of brand -Good design sense and understanding of working with creatives/agencies. 3. Sales Focus (Good to have) - Should have done sales before. 4. Data Oriented-Left Brain + Right Brain. 5. Customer Focus-Cost Efficiency (ROI).
