Director - Marketing - Recruitment Firm Job brief : - We are looking for a qualified Brand Marketing &amp; Advertising Strategy Director to take the lead in developing successful, long-term marketing strategies for our company. - As a Brand &amp; Marketing Director, you should have in-depth marketing experience. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all marketing platforms. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company online &amp; offline presence. - Ultimately, you should be able to drive all online &amp; offline marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities : - Build our marketing roadmap - Should have experience in handling, managing &amp; executing company's marketing strategy, along with planning Pay Per Click, Display and Re-targeting campaigns in Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo Advertising (YSM) and Bing Ads - Manage all online &amp; offline marketing channels to ensure brand consistency - Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget - Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction - Oversee our social media accounts - Manage and improve online&amp; Offline content - Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment - Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies - Motivate marketing team to achieve goals - Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out - Stay up-to-date with all marketing Platforms Requirements : - Proven work experience as a Marketing Director - Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful online &amp; offline campaigns - Strong understanding of how all current marketing channels function - Solid knowledge of online &amp; offline marketing tools and best practices - Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Excellent analytical and project management skills - Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
