Director - Big Data & Analytics - IT

- 15+ Years of experience in Data Warehousing, Business intelligence and Big data

- 4+ Years experience in Managing Large projects in data warehousing

- Atleast 3 Big data projects managed and delivered

- Working experience and knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Flume, Sqoop, HBase, Hive. real-time and streaming data integration, NoSQL data stores,

- Experience in data modeling and data management.

- Strong people management skills

- PMP/Prince 2 certification preferable

- Knowledge of Agile Project management is a plus

- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to lead initiatives and people.

- Result oriented. Ability to ideate, chart out initiatives and manage them successfully

- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills

- MBA preferred
