Job Description :
- 15+ Years of experience with 10+ years of active experience with combination of Delivery/Account Management/Bid management /Pre-sales.
- Should have Technology and Delivery management experience with good handle on Account Management.
- Understands very well what "Client Centricity" means, same needs to get reflected in the deals and pursuits.
- Has experience in managing complex, multi-tower bids or bids with - 50 million plus TCV.
- Capability in client interfacing roles. Experience of interacting with Client Senior Management.
- Highly credible with the ability to influence both internally with colleagues, and externally with clients.
- Customer Focus and Experience: Instances of wowing the customer via proposal quality or customer visits / interaction.
- Personal Value Add: Instances of personal ability to challenge or influence BU stakeholders, sales, solution, or commercial teams, going beyond the brief, displaying original thought to align with the customer needs.
- Proposal Quality: Ability to delivery proposals of exceptional quality that wow the customer, feedback from customer/sales.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Determined and enthusiastic in bringing BU vision to life, takes pride in converting pursuits to a successful closure., EA
