Director - Banking Presales for a US based mid tier IT/BPO company

Company Background :

The company is a mid tier US based IT and BPO company with offices in Bangalore and Coimbatore in India. The company was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in New Jersy. The company has over 2500 people involved in delivering IT and BPO solutions for the clients in North America market

Role :

1. Involved in devising the business development and Go to market strategy for BPO solutions in Banking space in US market

2. Involved in accounts management strategy for current banking clients

3. Be the presales experts for the services positioned to the current and new Banking clients

4. Involved in building the new capabilities within the company to expand the Banking vertical

5. The role will report to the MD of the company

Must Haves :

1.Person should have very good education credentials - An engineeirng degree from top tier institute like IIT/NIT OR an MBA from top tier institute like IIM, FMS, MDI is must

2. Should have 12-20 yrs experience in delivery and presales of services to Banking industry in US

3. Should have experience of independently leading the initiatives as mentioned above with minimal guidance from senior management

4. Should have very good communication skills to manage clients and articulate the ideas well to the senior management within the company
