Responsibilities :
As our Sales Director - Mid Enterprise you will drive new customer acquisitions and will be hunting new logos by developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. An ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in selling SAAS B2B enterprise products to mid enterprises. We are looking for high achievers and hunters who made it to the president club/president's club multiple times.
The responsibilities will involve the following :
1) Identify and close sales opportunities
2) Manage complex sales cycle selling the Source to Pay Suite to the CIOs, CPOs, and CFOs
3) Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts
4) Forecast sales closures accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments
5) Work with Inside sales and marketing to maximize territory penetration
6) Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
7) Build key customer relationships with Zycus customers
Requirements
1) 10-15 years experience in a sales hunter role with a successful track record in Mid Enterprise sales
2) A proven track record and demonstrated success in leading teams selling SaaS / Cloud enterprise software to Mid enterprises and global companies
3) Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing a geographically distributed team and managing in a virtual environment
4) Must be willing to travel extensively (When traveling restrictions due to COVID-19 is relaxed and conditions are favorable)
5) Experience in selling eProcurement software solutions will be an added advantage
6) Must have been a part of President's Club/ Winner's Circle/ Achiever's Club/ Platinum Club/ Others
