Position : Director- Online Sales ( B2B )
Reports to : Managing Director
Location : Open to Discussion ( Metro Cities)
Position Summary :
- Responsible for driving and achieving Annual Business Plan for the Indian Subcontinent for Online Sales by developing effective Sales strategy for revenue growth and growing market share.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving Sales and Margin in the assigned region.
- Connecting the brand and the products to the consumer audience to drive revenue and growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategy for online products for Corporates & Institutions and establish a clear path to reach the target customer by building institutional contacts.
- Provide inputs on product and service offering.
- Coordinate with the cross-function department on processes
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
- Drive compliance with company trading and terms policy order to protect profitability and value of the business in the region.

Experience :
- 10+ years experience in B2B Online Sales and experience of managing and leading a team.
