Director/AVP/VP - Business Strategy - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives.
- Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions.
- Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
- Creating systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Managing internal and external communications
- Leading annual strategic planning for the company.
- Creating and updating dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators.
Strategic Alliances:
- Researching and prospecting strategic clients, platforms resulting in alliances partnerships.
- Engaging with potential partners via call, email, other social channels.
- Identifying and closing channel partnership opportunities by negotiating with potential clients.
- Building relationships with channel partners and negotiate enterprise deals.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with top tier consulting firms - McKinsey, BCG, Bain and the likes
- Bachelor's/Master's from top engineering institutes - IITs, NITs, BITs. Preferably an MBA from top B-School - ISB, IIMs and likes
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to hustle and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly analytical and/or data geek
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Clarity of thought with excellent presentation and communication skills
