Director/AVP - Strategy & Planning - Online/eCommerce (7-10 yrs)
Director/ AVP- Strategy & Planning !
We are looking for a senior resource who will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead some of the key strategic initiatives in the organization. You will be expected to structure & story line the problem, define methodology to approach the problem, create implementation roadmap and enable execution
- You will be leading a team of dynamic Product and Program managers who will assist you in execution of multiple initiatives
- You will be owning the vision and roadmap of a few internal products which enables optimization of internal business processes
- You will be expected to proactively identify improvement opportunities and spearhead the planning and execution of these opportunities
- You will be collaborating with multiple functions within and outside the organization to facilitate execution of key decisions
Candidate Profile :
- 7+ years of experience in a product management, program management or consulting roles
- An MBA or Engineering graduate from a tier 1 premier institute
- Experience working very closely with technology teams; exposure to Agile Methodology would be bonus
- Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch
- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
