Director/AVP - Key Account Management - US Mortgage Clients

Leadership role with a US based mid size ITeS company. The role is based out of Bangalore with travel to US. Experience in Delivery, Account Management OR Business development in US mortgage domain is a must

The role will have following responsibilities :

Manage existing client relationships

Grow revenue from existing accounts

Revenue planning & budgeting

Oversee client delivery

Market assessment for new products and services

Candidate must have

Basic knowledge of US mortgage domain

Recent experience in extensive client management at senior levels

Great communication skills

Market knowledge about services in US mortgage BPO market

Entrepreneurship temperament and aptitude
