Director/AVP - Banking (10-12 yrs)
Role:
- Managing & nurturing, all existing Banking/lender relationships in various Geo's (in particular - India, US, Argentina and Singapore)
- Assist local Accounts & Finance teams with tie-ups for BYOD scheme with local Banks/Lending Institutions.
- Monitoring, controlling and managing Cash flow and Fund flow for Startek - Debt servicing and Capex funding
- Manage Credit rating-India, Testing / Reporting on Debt and Financial Covenants, Periodic reporting etc. ( Yes Bank- India, Finacity/Regions Bank and BMO-US, Sr. Debt- Singapore)
- Manage and assist in Investor / Lenders presentation, Communication and negotiations
- Managing & controlling - Inter-Co Loans, Related Party Loans, Banking agreements and documentation, Hedging covers for Forex volatility
- Startek - 10K/Q - MD&A, Debt & Financing disclosures.(Review only)Explore Working Capital facilities from other banks to replace existing Yes Bank Facility in India ASAP.
- Negotiate with Yes Bank for reversal of Penal interest and charges levied on covenant breach.Assist Geo's in exploring financing tie-ups for BYOD and Capex funding (Philippines and Argentina)

- Strong and in-depth understanding of Banking and Credit, Debt Covenant - management and reporting, Debt documentation
- Relationship management, effective communication skills with Bankers & institutions
- In-depth understanding of Financial structuring, Negotiations and closure.
- Experience in preparing presentation, Investor's deck and other written/verbal communications to Bankers/Lenders/Investors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with effective inter-personal skills
- Both should be CA's or MBA finance from a reputed Institute with relevant experience
