- Working with the CEO & other business heads to formulate & achieve company's short- and long-term strategic objectives
- Leading & executing the Inorganic growth (M&A) strategy for the org
- Leading & driving all fund raise activities & front ending all investor management
- Touch every aspect of the business including driving Sales Operations
- Be deeply involved in setting the company's direction and ensuring that we are working effectively to exceed our goals
- Working on strategic business plans
- Working on M&A deals
- Closing critical Investor related KRAs and communication
- Researching & provide insights for strategic decision making.
- Driving the sales ops cadence to measure & track critical KPIs & initiatives.
- Working cross-functionally with different teams ((Product, Engg, Business, Finance, Customer success, SCM etc) to analyze opportunities, develop & execute solutions through a rigorous data driven process.
- Brainstorming & uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements, unlock productivity and accelerate execution.
- Multi-tasking, conceptualizing & implementing new processes.
