The client is a leading name is the Retail Industry with operations across India. We are looking for candidates from Premier B School backgrounds with 14 -18 years of experience in the Retail Operations and Business Excellence domain. The role would be broadly responsible for the following 1. Strategizing Business Operations across Stores and leading the Operations 2. Driving sales and profitability of the regions 3. Provide direction in the new store opening and events 4. Track underperforming stores and perform analytics to improve footfall 5. Provide direction and guidance to the Operations Managers 6. Conducting reviews and performance of stores 7. Contingency planning 8.
