Role: The growth lead will be at the - front line- of partner engagement, acquisition, and retention. You will work closely with our existing and prospective partners, to establish long-lasting relationships based on trust &amp; transparency, while delivering tangible value through our product portfolio. 1. Continuously researching new business opportunities and finding new customers &amp; partners leveraging the company reputation and her/his own industry contacts to best effect 2. Forge and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts (partners &amp; customers) 3. Bring product and market feedback back into the organization to identify opportunities and recommend solutions including new product opportunities, product enhancements, channel mix, and go-to-market strategies 4. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics) to ensure successful development and deployment of new products 5. Participate in Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives 6. Develop and leverage the company's branding and professional profile in coordination with our Marketing team Requirements: 1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a fast-growing e-commerce company or a FinTech company 2. Education - Tier 1 Business School (ISB / IIM etc.) 3. Strong analytical thinking, Analytics background preferred. 4. Advanced Excel Skills and presentation skills for communicating with senior management 5. Self-starter with an analytical orientation; skilled at balancing between short-term needs and longterm investments; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity; collaborative, process-driven, and decisive workstyle 6. High degree of proficiency in quantitative analyses, influencing with data (e.g., funnel, cohorts, benchmarks), building business cases, and communicating data-driven insights to analytical and non-analytical audiences 7. - Do-er- in attitude and actions. A fast learner, who isn- t scared to ask questions and doesn- t just accept the status quo 8. To succeed in the role, you will need to be self-driven, well-organized, commercially savvy, inspiring communicator, flexible, and results-driven, ideally with B2B working experience in the FinTech industry. 9. Experience with Salesforce, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
