We are creating a data science and advanced analytics practice in Jamshedpur for Analytics and are looking for Director / Associate Director to lead the effort.

This is a call for leaders with superlative ability in various aspects of analytics operations, have great client interfacing skills and have a desire to chart a fairly independent path.

Role Description

As a Director / Associate Director, you will work on some of the latest applications of data science for business. You will directly work with key client stakeholders to define business problems and determine solution requirements. You will be responsible for the team supporting the client and ensuring business value and communicating results, making executive presentations and coordinating with client's Analytics leadership in India and in the USA. The role will involve building the team, as well as engaging the team for successful engagement with the client organizations.

Requirement

- An ideal candidate should have  - 7-15 yrs of relevant experience in the field of delivering advanced analytics (Predictive Analytics, Speech Analytics, Statistical Modeling, Mathematical modeling) solutions to global clients. 

- Ability to engage with VP-plus, and C-level stakeholders. Work with local and remote teams to translate business problems to advanced analytic solutions.

- Proven accomplishment on operational excellence, managing and scaling analytical teams.

- Deep knowledge in the choice of business solution for a given problem statement, the pros-and-cons of different options, and the ability to articulate such choices in technical as well as a business language.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to document and present complex analytical concepts clearly

- Willing to work in flexible hours with virtual team across time zones

- Qualified candidates must possess a Master's degree in data science fields such as computer science, operations research, and statistics. MBA and Engineering skills from premier institutions will be preferred. Remuneration at par with the best in the industry.
