Director Asset Servicing - Corporate Action

Our client is world's leading banks and provides its clients with investment banking, private banking and asset and wealth management services worldwide. They are keen on meeting individuals for Director - Corporate Action role with experience in Investments Product Assets Servicing and has managed global teams and matrix reporting.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Manage end to end of process of product flows for Income, Corporate Actions, and settlements across various asset classes.

- Single point of contact for corporate actions to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

- Lead projects related to Middle Office, administration & operations.

- Work with global teams to define and strategize for new projects and migrations.

- Work closely with technology teams to assist them in technical projects.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- CA or MBA with 15+ years of experience in middle office, corporate actions, investment banking operations.

- Strong business knowledge i.e., Investment Banking, including OTC product, process, and system knowledge.

- Ability to drive results through a "hands-on" approach.

- Must have worked in matrix reporting environment and have the ability to work with demanding stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution.
