Director - Analytics - Real Estate/FinTech - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (12-18 yrs)
We are hiring for Director - Analytics for one of US based real estate cum Fintech company based in Noida.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Play a significant role in providing insights and data - driven inputs towards developing the company's long-term strategies, including new product opportunities and other growth initiatives to meet the company's revenue and earnings targets.
- Provide analysis on key business and strategic questions that come up for discussion at top management reviews. Raise timely red flags so that corrective actions can be taken for aberrations or system failures.
- Provide insights that will improve the way business is run by integrating internal and external data sources.
- Help create a data lake for seamless data integration across departments and functions aiding better access to data and insights across functions.
- Design and develop state-of-the-art, data-driven analysis, models, and decision strategies to solve science and business problems.
- Define the business questions that need to be answered and define appropriate analytics models in addition to identifying and readying relevant data sources for analysis.
- Choose and apply appropriate predictive analytic technologies heavily injected with domain expertise.
- Appropriately question the veracity and business relevance of data, assumptions, and results and use of solution at all steps of the process.
Experience Required:
- Master's Degree/MS from Tier 1 institutes
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 12 + years of extensive analytics or related functional experience, having held senior managerial and operational roles. Has directly led large global teams.
- Ability to work and operate effectively in a complex, multi-cultural, cross-divisional matrix, international environment.
- Excellent Program/Project Management skills with strong analytical and process management experience.
- Proven expertise in advanced analytics and emerging insights approaches e.g., cognitive and machine learning, data visualization.
- Strategic focus along with the ability to analyse, formulate, and implement strategies to significantly improve efficiency for the global business.
- Advanced statistical analysis and interpretation skills, and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Real Estate domain expertise will be an additional advantage.
