Director - Analytics Operation - eCommerce (15-20 yrs)
This is a strategic cum operating role as leader for a BPM Company in Research & Analytics, Incumbent will be responsible for account planning, P&L, solution development, client servicing and team management
- Lead teams responsible for shaping and delivering the analytics and insight needed to drive various solutions and programs across multiple clients & projects
- Business Development: Help grow the Analytics Business
- Create analytics product offerings for Retail/CPG/ clients
- Experience in Campaign Management, database marketing, and data solutions will be an added advantage
- Responsible for Growth and P&L and margins for the account
- Responsible to work closely with the Analytics Leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for the organization
- Lead and manage teams (50-100 members) with a strong focus on Employee Engagement, Mentoring, Training and Retention
- In this position, the individual will act as the thought leader for creating innovative data science backed frameworks to answer business questions ranging from tactical to strategic.
- The mandate span across new opportunities/RFPs/pitches for prospective clients as well as driving innovative solutions for existing clients
- The role will involve extensive interaction with stakeholders within the organization ( Delivery teams, Client Partners, Sales Leaders etc) as well as our clients (external)
- Will be responsible for managing a team of analysts - guiding them on a successful end to end solution delivery, taking care of training needs/ upskilling, charting their growth path, etc
Qualification:
- 15+ years of professional experience with a combination of Operations, Planning or Consulting preferred
- Experience in advanced analytics and Data Visualization
- Should be strong in data interpretation, analytical thinking, develop analytical framework
- Should have an interest in statistical/other quantitative techniques and their applications to guide business strategy
- Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally
- Negotiation skills and the ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners
- Demonstrated history of leadership, managing teams and projects
