Responsibilities : - Drive our Analytics vision and execution of a strategy that leverages advanced analytics to optimize the performance of our platforms, business, and customers. - You are responsible for bringing to bear analytics tools and techniques to help exceed business goals. This involves managing a team of analysts to deploy analytical solutions for the business - You will independently ideate, conceptualize, develop and deploy analytical solutions to create business impact in the function you are responsible - Lead teams to standardize the company's approach to our data and analytics capabilities and associated processes through a shared set of definitions, techniques, and processes. - You will leverage business context, analytics, statistical modeling and data science to define the business problem to be solved, develop methodology and roadmap, formulate solution approaches - Demonstrate excellence in engagement delivery, insightful thought-leadership, strategic problem solving, high impact team management and strong customer relations at senior executive levels. - Lead and mentor Analytics Managers. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise analytic managers, project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Preferred Qualifications : - 12+ years of overall experience in Analytics / Business functions or 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting - Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics or any quantitative domain, or MBA from a premier institute/PHD - Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical business - product, marketing, operations and finance - Excellent analytical abilities : Data driven with attention to details. Proficient in quantitative analysis, statistical/data science techniques. - People management skills : Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams of analysts - Prior experience in working with senior business leaders and acting as their thought partner
