As a Director of Analytics, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to solve complex analytical problems which will have a significant impact on the bottom line. As a key member of the team, you work closely with leadership to enable sustainable business growth through developing data-driven strategies for product, marketing and partnerships. What You will do : - Build and lead a team of motivated data analysts who can collaborate with multiple teams to understand data requirements and deliver on them. - Coach and mentor data analysts with a goal of developing and nurturing talent. - Lead descriptive and diagnostic analytics of data to find actionable insights across risk, product and growth functions. - Work with the data science and data/ ML engineering teams to establish a model tracking and governance framework. - Explore and gather unconventional data sources that may be relevant to the business and may help improve decision making. - Own business intelligence dashboards and management reports across the business. What you will need : - 4-7 years work experience in analytics - Tier 1 college graduates - Experience with basic analytical techniques (decision tree, regression etc.) and scripting languages (such as SQL, Python) - Experience in growth analytics arena in consumer facing companies - Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity - Tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business - Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team - Impeccable written and oral communication, coupled with strategig influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills. 5 days working Currently REMOTE working,office may reopen in August About the company - C series fintech startup in Bangalore.One of the top 10 credit card company.
