DESIRED PROFILE:-

A] Looking for an accomplished Analytics leader who has been in a leadership role at Director or equivalent service delivery level for the last 2-3 years.

B] He/ she must demonstrate strong experience in leading and managing analytics services engagements and programs. He/ she must possess strong leadership capabilities, banking domain exposure, designing and implementing models and interpretation of modelling results.

C] He/ she must have exposure to global best practices in Analytics for Banks hence prior experience of working in the Financial Services domain and implementing analytics for global corporations, especially in US will be preferred.

D] He/ she will be responsible for building and growing the approx. 100 member analytics team, and engage regularly with leadership in India and US.

EXPERIENCE:-

A] Person should have 15+ years of experience, out of which at least 3 years at a senior managerial level handling multiple service areas with large teams (50+ team members).

B] Candidate will be engaged in multiple projects around Banking Analytics. It includes analysis in the areas of customer acquisition, portfolio management, customer attrition, segmentation, next best product and action, customer lifetime value, digital and mobile banking, Credit Risk Analytics, Fraud and AML Analytics.

Essential Job Responsibilities:-

A] Drive new analytics engagements with clients and grow existing client engagements and ensure quality of deliverable s

B] Liaison with the client to understand business problem, processes and implementation challenges

C] Manage end to end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design and business recommendation. Work closely with statisticians to develop solution framework - Identify statistical techniques, implementation mechanism, tracking campaigns and pilots .

D] Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirement, create predictive variables and co-ordinate model implementation with other business partners, and create experimental designs to understand drivers of business performance

E] Leverage data to analyze the business unit function identify the business drivers and recommend strategy and future course of actions

F] Leverage expertise in advanced statistical techniques to validate the model outcomes generated by the statisticians and align it with the business needs and implementation plan

Education Qualifications:-

- M. Sc. Statistics/ P.G in Mathematics or equivalent qualification

Job Related Experience:-

- 10-15 years of experience in solving business problems applying advanced analytics and Statistics, Machine Learning

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE- Banking/ Financial Services only
