AN MNC is hiring for a Seasoned Sales Professional for Mumbai Location Key Expectations - - The incumbent maintains and expands relationships with assigned Channel Partners across the country. - Look after the strategic alliance opportunities and expand the companys reach nationally. - Assigned to different partners based on geography, channel or market, the person is responsible for generating opportunities / pipeline and working with the respective sales teams for closures. - The person represents the entire range of Company products and services to assigned partners and alliances. Main Responsibilities: - To Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners across the geography. - To Develop positive working relationship with partners and alliances to build business. - To Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of the partner accounts. - To Coordinate and involvement company personnel in order to meet partner and alliances performance objectives and their expectations. - To Proactively lead a joint partner planning process by identifying and define the specific market / accounts to be addressed together. - To Work on closing with the alliance and partner sales teams to generate new business opportunities / pipeline. - To Closely work with respective sales teams for sell through / sell with the customers. - To Manage alliance and partner objectives like timely commission pay-outs, partner support, resolving issues etc. - To Drive adoption of partner programs to the assigned partners. - To Complete required training and development objectives. - To Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities. - To Closely co-ordinate company executive involvement with the alliance and partner management as appropriate. - To Align with Company goals to work on niche alliance and partner objectives and engagement. Skills &amp; Experience - MBA is Sales &amp; Marketing, business, or related field required Work Exp - 15+ years of experience in sales function especially Alliances and Channel partners Skills - - A detail orientation, ability to prioritize work and clearly communicate; - Exceptional Channel management and Alliance partnering skills ; - Well versed in creating internal reports with regular updates ; - Aware about the Data centre business - Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple partners and alliances in a fast-paced environment - Eye for partner penetration to get more partners on board - Good interpersonal &amp; communication skills - Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment - Willingness to travel (as and when required) Those interested may apply of call on 8451801646.
