Director- Advisory/ Analyst relations

- Increase company's Digital Operations rankings by the analyst firms for our key industry and process services capabilities

- Business Development; Increase Digital Operations qualified opportunities from advisory firms for our key offerings

- Relationship Management; Invest time in strengthening the overall advisory relationship and company's position for Digital Operations within the analyst firms

- Advise and engage leadership & SMEs with analysts and advisors to further our market position, credentials and network

- Marketing Programs; Create and execute impactful events, studies, campaigns, joint projects, joint business development programs that improve our market position, credentials and rankings

- Collaboration; Build strong internal relationships with various vertical and horizontal leads, delivery and corporate advisory relations functions to bring the best of Digital Operations across key analysts and advisor firms

- Recent experience working directly for analyst/advisory firms evaluating business process services and providers or in a BPS firm responsible for analyst/advisory relations

- Well-developed network of relationships with key principals at key analyst/advisory firms for BPS, within specific geos and demonstrated ability to influence these firms

- Deep understanding of Digital Operations/BPS across key industry verticals such as; CMT, BFS, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing

- Deep understanding of Digital Operations/BPS across key business processes such as: F&A, customer experience, procurement, supply-chain, marketing

- Deep understanding of competitors and their capabilities in the business process services space

- Significant experience working with, developing, and influencing evaluation methodologies for business process services

- Excellent analytical and business communication (written & oral) skills to engage with senior level principals in detailed BPS market, solution and capability evaluations

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and highly matrixed organization and "roll up your sleeves" attitude to get things done inside and outside the company

- 10+ years' experience working in the business process services/BPO industry in a senior level analyst, advisory or consulting capacity
