- Work closely with the Business and Commercial head to create the revenue achievement strategy for the brand.
- To understand individual client needs and arrive at innovative brand solutions that span
across digital/ video and on ground offerings.
- Conceptualize new revenue streams and concepts and collaborate with the editorial, promotions and the marketing teams for a seamless execution.
- Lead a team of high energy sales professionals- guide them towards target achievements
- To prepare plans and annual budgets for the Company and to monitor performance against these plans and budgets.
- To facilitate the best possible relationships with people and institutions within the industry; to encourage the involvement of the highest quality collaborators in our work.
