Director Ad Sales
We are looking for a leader who can build the sales team and grow Ad monetization business. We are looking for highly driven sales people who will play a key role in shaping the business, the product and the business model. As a revenue owner, you will be leading and managing client's portfolio of Advertisers. We want to build a strong business relationship which help leverage client's reach and deliver long term success to our advertising partners.
- Own and deliver the Ad Sales revenue targets
- Defining the market for the portfolio, identifying the right partners to work with and identifying the right product-market fit.
- Create and own the business model for the portfolio and define the strategy to scale the business.
- Build out a strong Ad sales team to deliver on the revenue number
- Planning, developing, and evaluating of new consumer-driven advertising initiatives on a consistent basis, developing and acting upon marketing opportunities, based on consumer needs in order to guarantee consumer satisfaction.
- Establishing strong long-term relationships with partners; and building a sustainable & profitable business.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders like Product teams, other business teams and operations to achieve the business goals.
- Contribute to the overall growth and profit of the business by expanding our partner ecosystem.
- 12+ years- experience in Marketing/Brand Management/Sales/Digital Sales/Partner management.
- Proven and successful track record of influencing, meeting, and exceeding advertising sales targets as well as the business's overall targets set by the business.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. Should be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as leader of people.
- Strong understanding of the advertising.
- Prior experience with India based ad networks (on the demand side) and/or with Media Agencies with strong digital sales presence.
- MBA from a Top Tier B-School.
