Director/AD - Products - eCommerce (8-12 yrs)
an Asia-based B2B commerce company specializing in the procurement of B2B industrial products. They provide digital procurement and supply chain solutions across industries as well as making it GST compliant. They are 700+ strong and headquartered in Singapore. Funded by marquee investors and VCs of India
looking for a product leader with a strong track record in eCommerce/Supply Chain space.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work with business leadership to understand their vision and pain points.
- Map the vision to tech roadmap and get it executed with the help of Engineering team
- Work closely with the engineering team to guide ideas and products from conception to launch
- Own, develop & continuously improve product design
- Do stakeholder management with respect to expectations, timelines and escalations.
- Own entire product lifecycle from Conceptualization -> Realization -> Adoption -> Impact
Qualification & Experience:
Work Experience: 8+ yrs work experience in Product Management in Supply chain or eCommerce background
Knowledge/ Skills:
Excellent analytical, communication & people management skills
High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
Education:
B.Tech & MBA (Tier 1/ Tier 2)
