Rewards & Benefits :

- Conceptualize, design and implement attractive compensation strategy and rewards and benefits policy to retain top talent and enhance employer branding

- Lead compensation benchmarking surveys to implement an equitable compensation framework across organization

Career Path Architecture :

- Conceptualize and implement organization structuring interventions and role based organization to streamline career movements

- Create best-in-class career path architecture and validate the career level framework based on role evaluations to create role equity

- Design and promote competency based talent management interventions

Performance Management :

- Lead the Assessments Practice, program manage key assessment interventions such as the Annual Performance Management Process, Multi-Rater Process to create a high performance culture

- Design, create and implement best-in-class assessment and development interventions to nurture top talent

- Program manage automation of performance assessment processes to enable an Integrated Talent management platform in the organization

- Create and manage the budget for assessments to optimize wage costs

HR operations, Analytics & Policies :

- Be the custodian of HR guidelines and policy framework by actively engaging with managers across all levels to create consensus

- Manage administrative and statutory compliance of all HR policies to ensure legal safeguard

- Streamline and supervise HR operations like payroll, leave, attendance, onboarding, exit management, benefits administration, HR analytics and budgets to deliver best in class employee services

- Program manage automation of HR operations for higher efficiency, due diligence and better integration with Finance/Accounting

- Develop and monitor informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for HR operations for continuous improvement

- Collaborate with all business units to address employee issues proactively

Functional Competencies :

- HR thought leadership, solid conceptual knowledge of HR

- Functional knowledge of Compensation and benefits design and administration

- Knowledge of HR statutory compliances

- Working knowledge of HRIS tools

- Understanding of legal risks and liabilities associated with HR processes

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

- Post graduate in Human Resource Management
