Introduction : - In this global role, you will be responsible for all Business activities in the Western European region which will include but will not be limited to pitching Zeta's benefits and prepaid platform capabilities to our clients and partners in the European region, activating the account after solutioning and discussing the commercials, oversee the GTM strategy and eventually working on growth initiatives. You would be responsible to build strategies for driving the growth and revenue expansion of the account and successfully establish Zeta as the sole tech stack partner for their benefits and prepaid businesses. - We are looking for a seasoned global Business Head with experience in leading complete P&L, Business Development, Product Strategy, and Revenue Growth, with a flair for tech solutions/tech consulting and the payments tech space. What is the job like? - Managing & taking complete ownership of Business Development, Product Strategy and Revenue Growth, P&L in the Western European region for the Benefits business of Zeta. - Work closely with the Leadership teams of various countries in the region for adoption of the Zeta Saas platform for Employee Benefits. - Deliver pitches, nurture and manage relationships for large multi-million dollar deals with our partner across various countries. - Deeply understand partner offerings, business models and local regulations to integrate and bundle Zeta's products with that of the Partner. - Build a small but effective BD team for managing all BD relationships with multiple countries and marketplace partners. - Monitoring Business Development cycles diligently and own the entire journey of prospecting, pitching, solutioning, closing and piloting. - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion to pitch Zeta's large set of product and platform capabilities. - Figure out the bottlenecks in existing operations and help grow at a faster pace by constantly suggesting improvements in processes and products. - Enable partner's success, by liaising with the solutions team, in adapting and adopting Zeta Platform's new/existing products and features. - Coordinate with product and tech teams to maintain customer momentum and resolve blockers. - Coordinate with the marketing team on the launch and growth-related aspects. - Manage the post-sales relationship with customers to maximize value and uncover other strategic opportunities on revenue growth to build a sizable P&L for Zeta. Who should apply for this role? - You have a postgraduate degree in Business / Marketing / Management from a premium B-school along with a bachelor's degree in engineering preferably. - You have 8+ years of experience including 5+ years into creating and driving Strategic plans on revenue expansion, Business Development, and Account Management in the software/ tech consulting/ payments tech industry with a focus on solutioning. - Any prior experience in managing P&L is a huge plus. - You have experience in working with international partners or clients in Europe/LATAM (good to have). - You are a natural conversationalist who makes for an enjoyable company and is able to cut through social and cultural differences. - You possess excellent analytical capabilities - can understand partners- needs and possess a strong strategic mindset. - You are able to discuss technical requirements and solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters. - You have outstanding business acumen and negotiation skills. - Your verbal and written communication and articulation skills are immaculate.
