Direct Taxation Role - CA - Real Estate

We have the following requirement for Bangalore based real estate/ development organization

Designation : Sr. Manager/Manager- Direct Taxation

Location: Bangalore

Education Qual : CA (2008-2010) only

Experience : 8-10 plus years of hard core experience in Direct Taxation in any industry

Reporting : Financial Controller

Compensation : 15-20 Lacs

Industry : Any large organisation

About Role :

- Handling Income-tax return filing of Indian and foreign group entities, assessment, reviewing computation of advance tax and provision for tax, assisting in the applicability of withholding tax etc.

- Preparing, checking and filing income tax returns of a various subsidiary, Partnership firms, HUF and Joint Ventures.Resolving day to day queries related to direct taxation.

- Quarterly provision of tax/MAT and deferred tax. Preparing and submitting details in reply to notice received from Income Tax Department.
