Direct Taxation Role - CA - Capital Goods Firm

- Review of monthly and quarterly tax provisions under I GAAP

- All India corporate tax and transfer pricing representations before the ITAT/CIT(A) together with external consultants

- Provide tax advisory support on business initiatives, including but not limited to transfer pricing advisory, cash repatriation strategies, business restructuring, M&A due diligence support and legal agreement reviews

Profile

You will be a chartered accountant with between 10 to 15 years of post qualification experience primarily coming in from a large scale manufacturing company. You will be a proven subject matter expert, with hands-on experience on tax accounting, business advisory and supporting consultants on litigation matters. Further to this, you will also be someone who would have a strong background in transfer pricing as well as international taxation.
