- Handling tax compliance including Corporate Tax Return, Tax Audit & Transfer Pricing Audit.
- Preparing details and submissions for Scrutiny Assessments, Reassessment and Transfer Pricing Assessments, Dispute Resolution Panel etc.
- Drafting Submissions, reviewing and filing submissions
- Review tax provisions, Effective tax rate, computations for financial reporting purposes.
- Ensuring timely filing of rectification application/ follow-up for refunds etc.
- Timely update to the management regarding recent changes in tax laws/ relevant judgement and advising on tax planning
