Roles and Responsibilities :
The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role :
- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness
- Conducting research on various issues involved and analyzing & evaluating implications thereof
- Client relationship management
- Effective implementation and review of work programmes. Updating the seniors proactively on various work related issues
Desired Candidate Profile :
- A qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 7 years of relevant post qualification experience in Direct Tax advisory
- Additional LLB degree good to have
- Direct Tax advisory experience to include Corporate Tax, M&A tax, Transfer Pricing, ESOP
- Those staying in or willing to relocate to Mumbai may apply
Other prerequisite skills include :
- Demonstrating innovative and critical thinking in providing solutions to client queries & managing projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness
- Ownership and responsibility of clients/tasks delegated
