Assistance in TP litigations / representations

- Coordination and appearance before appellate and tax authorities

- Drafting petitions, rejoinders and misc. applications for High Court / Tribunal

- Litigation advisory on critical corporate issues

- Discussion and preparation of `Strategy Notes' etc., with / for Senior Counsels

- Client management and Business development

Litigation support: Assistance in Drafting Appeals and memorandum of Appeal, and research and representation of the cases before the CIT (Appeals) and ITAT

- Consultancy on various aspects of taxation risks (including International Taxation, DTAA & Expatriate Taxes) & compliance costs in Business Model

- Tax (Direct & Indirect) Planning and Re-structuring of Business Model (Developing Tax Feasible Entry Strategy in India)

- Representation before the assessing officers in assessment proceedings under Direct Tax

- All regulatory Compliances under the Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Taxes

- Review and analysis of Tender/ Project Documents for Taxation Risk (AOP & Turnkey Risk etc.) and review of commercial viability of various clauses
