Job Description : - The desired candidate must be a law graduate with 2-4 years of relevant post qualification experience of Direct Tax - Experience to revolve around Direct Tax advisory, India entry taxation (inbound), Permanent Establishment, GAAR, treaty eligibility, domestic advisory, M&A, restructuring. - Advised on the tax treatment of revenue streams of a payment collection. - Review and marking up of joint-venture agreements, technology transfer agreements, etc. - Drafted and assisted in preparation and filing of written submissions, synopsis, appeals, stay applications, extensions. - Proven expertise and experience in dealing with critical tax matters. - Good Understanding of the direct tax law including TP and DTAAs. - LLB Mandatory - Preferably from tax & regulatory vertical.
