We are seeking an experienced and driven Direct Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calls, networking, referrals, partnerships, etc.).

- Strategize and execute outreach plans to grow the client base and expand into new markets.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of direct sales executives to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Monitor individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, and drive accountability.

- Foster a results-driven and collaborative team culture.

- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion and messaging.

- Identify gaps and refine the sales process to improve conversion rates and cycle efficiency.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Analyze sales data and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and report to senior leadership.

- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.

- Coach underperforming team members and support professional development across the team.


Skills & Qualifications:


- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in direct sales, with at least 12 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C sales processes, customer acquisition, and CRM systems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.

- Experience in hiring, training, and scaling high-performing sales teams is a plus.


- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
